I used Tri-State Realty on a few occassions. The first two were for house rentals, and the most recent one was selling a single-family home. Charles is very professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. Charles handled the background search for tenants very thoroughly. Mr. Charles and I have known each other for 2 years and him and his son Charles Junior are a great team. I was having a terrible time selling my house with a previous agent and Charles was able to guide me through the selling process with his almost 40 years experience. Chuck guided me step by step through the process and was always available when I had a question. Mr Charles Scott was so good he got me well over asking price in a declining housing market. If you want an experienced Real estate Agent who knows the real estate industry I would pick Charles Scott to get your home sold. Like he says his middle name is sold and his patience is another great attribute. I would only want Charles in any of my Real estate dealings. Charles Scott & his team are the best in the Business. They are the right Team to sell your home. I only wish I picked them from the beginning. It took them less than 2 months to sell my home. Making the right decision from the beginning is crucial.

I have been working with Tri-State Realty for several years with purchases as well as help with a rental. Mr Charles and Charles Jr have both been amazing to work with. Their knowledge of the area, knowledge or the market, advice on real estate contracts and connections with local vendors and community have been invaluable. I much prefer to work with a smaller family run business than some of the more corporate entities out there and this has been a great team to work with. There were several contract negotiations that needed lots of help and guidance and Mr Charles help has been so instrumental in not making mistakes that could have cost a lot more.
